Bill Starbuck

Bill Starbuck

Over 25 years ago, Bill started as ACM’s Executive Chef and since then, has become widely recognized as a master of large event gourmet catering. His skill at organizing and executing gourmet sit-down dinners for as many as 3,000 guests and thematic buffet and food station parties for as many as 20,000 guests is unmatched in the catering industry. Starbuck's strong organizational approach to kitchen and menu management has revolutionized the field.  He has planned the menus for many award nights, including Grammys and Emmys, and many celebrity weddings, such as Barbra Streisand and James Brolin.  Among Starbuck's many achievements and credits include "Best Overall Catering at an Event" at the BizBash Event Style Awards in 2007.  The inspiration for many of his menus originates from his Vermont upbringing where he grew up on a garden of fresh ingredients.

He is also the Corporate Executive Chef for Lucky Strike Entertainment.  In this role, he created a menu that the Los Angeles Times says "speaks to the inner child" that features signature ACM items such as "Mary's Chocolate Brownie Pudding" and other food offerings like bite-sized mac & cheese balls and tomato & cheese s'mores.
